Overview of the PRO-STYLE® 36″ Gas Rangetop with Griddle JGCP536WP

This Pro-Style® gas rangetop features a 36-inch design with a width of 35-3/4 inches, a depth of 27-1/8 inches, and an adjustable height ranging from 7.0 inches to a maximum of 15-1/8 inches. It’s a rangetop type cooktop that uses gas fuel and is LP convertible with the kit included. It’s also designed to install over a built-in oven.

The controls for this rangetop are designed with stainless steel knobs and are equipped with infinite heat controls. The electrical specifications include a 60Hz frequency and it comes with a power cord.

Design and Configuration Details

The Pro-Style® design expression is a key feature of this rangetop. The cooktop surface material is made of stainless steel, and it uses a Flame-Sensing™ Re-ignition type for ignition.

It comprises four cooking element-burners, with the center rear element being a griddle. The left front element is a Power™ Burner with a power rating of 20,000 BTU, while the left rear element is a burner with a power rating of 15,000 BTU. The right front element is also a burner with a power rating of 15,000 BTU, and the right rear element is a simmer type with a power rating of 5,000 BTU.

Cooktop and Appearance Features

This rangetop does not have automatic pan detection, downdraft vent, or heating element on indicator light. However, it does have a hot surface indicator light. The cooktop element style is a sealed burner.

The cooktop features two grates with a matte finish, continuous design, and are made of cast iron. Despite its robust features, this rangetop does not have a digital display.
